In the interest of providing Direct Lenders with as much information as possible, we will accept and include information provided by Lenders. Obviously we don’t hold positions in each loan; Lender supplied Loan Summaries, Consent Requests, Solicitations and Borrower communication will be added to this site to keep it as useful as possible.

This is not a chat room however. We will be dealing with facts, so we request you keep your commentary to a minimum.
