This website has been shut down because we believe it can no longer provide a useful service to the Direct Lenders.

While the current servicer was selected by the Direct Lenders, we do not see that they have been able to bring even limited relief to the very Direct Lenders they represent.

Additionally we have heard allegations of conflicts of interest, inability to force resolutions of ARC claims, and doubts about the performance of their basic fiduciary role as a servicer.

We continue to wish the Direct Lenders who have been, and are continuing to be decimated by the never ending USA Capital debacle the very best.
